Note : Untreated gemstones can significantly impact their value compared to treated stones. The origin of ruby, sapphire, and emerald, known as the "big three gems," can greatly affect their appraisal and market price. Our jewelry is meticulously crafted using 18k solid materials and exceptional craftsmanship, ensuring high quality. Our mission is simple: to create elegant and timeless jewelry that is unique and perfect for romantic gifts. We take pride in the preciousness of our pieces, hoping they will be cherished for generations. As a company, we are dedicated to supporting the jewelry industry in Singapore and Myanmar. Our jewelry is crafted in both locations, leveraging the best each has to offer.
  • What is your return or exchange policy?
    The return criteria are comprised of requirements. Online purchases can be returned or exchanged within a specified period, but customized or reserved items, in-person purchases, and changing one's mind after the return period are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Time-Frame Contact us within: 3 days of delivery Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. Conditions of return Return must be requested within 7 days of shipment. We paid the original shipping fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. ​ Refund Process After we have received your returned items and verified that your goods are in original condition, we process refunds within just 1-2 business days upon receipt of your return. We will refund the entire original purchase amount of the item via the same method of payment used in the original purchase.     Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Can you provide certificates of authenticity for your gemstones?
    Many of our jewelry pieces come with gemological certificates from independent labs. In cases where a certificate is not included, you have the option to obtain one from a reputable gemological laboratory of your choice, at your own expense. Rest assured, all our natural gemstones are untreated unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are a registered wholesale and retail supplier of natural gemstones and jewelry based in Singapore. Our commitment is to provide genuine products, ensuring that all items on our online store are 100% authentic. Our invoices serve as a legal assurance for your purchase.   • What about shipping?
    We ship worldwide on a daily basis. We provide free delivery for all orders above SGD300. Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment verification from Singapore. Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via Express (5-8days) or International Economy post (7-21days) with online tracking. Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. You can track the status of your shipment at any time through the courier’s website. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
