We provide free delivery for all orders above SGD300.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of payment verification from Singapore.
Depending on your location and the value of the item you purchase, your item will be sent via Express (5-8days) or International Economy post (7-21days) with online tracking.
Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange.
Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
You can track the status of your shipment at any time through the courier’s website.
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges.
These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Conditions of return
Return must be requested within 7 days of shipment.
We paid the original shipping fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
After we have received your returned items and verified that your goods are in original condition, we process refunds within just 1-2 business days upon receipt of your return.
We will refund the entire original purchase amount of the item via the same method of payment used in the original purchase.
Orders paid by Paypal will have transfer fees deducted and the international exchange rate at the time of purchase will affect the total amount you will receive.
Burma Jars doesn't implement any trade-in policy.
On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order subsequently can be cancelled due to unavailability of product.

The true color may vary slightly from that which is displayed in product images due to different screens and resolutions.
We show scale by details measurement, using a coin next to the piece or wearing on the model.

In many cases, most of the jewelry will include a gemological certificate from an independent laboratory .
Gem certificate can also be available through a reputable gemological laboratory of your choice.
We can arrange to get a gem certification from any reputable gemological laboratory,the cost will be borne by the customer.
Even without report, the untreated conditions of all the natural gemstones are guaranteed.

All products from Burma Jars have a warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
If a manufacturing defect is proven in a piece of jewelry, we will repair it free of charge.
Manufacturing defects do not include wear or damage caused by using the jewelry, such as the loosening of pearl weaving, fatigue in loops, varnish wearing or tarnishing.
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover defects that can be attributed to improper care, use or storage of the jewelry.
Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Repair and Maintenance
We offer free professional cleaning and polishing services annually to our clients.

We recommend that you bring your jewels to Burma Jars annually to have them checked and restored to their original splendor.
